Heritage Harbour has a variety of types of homes including high rise condos, cottage condos, duplexes, villas, and individual homes. Sizes can range from 1,000 square feet to over 3,000 square with 1 to 4 bedrooms. Many have garages, sunrooms, and decks.
The 2026 yearly assessment is $2,112. This may be broken down to 12 monthly payments of $176 each.

Heritage Harbour Cap on Rentals
Effective February 2025, a 10% cap on community-wide rentals went into effect, as stated in the Declaration of Covenants. Article VIII, Section 9.
At this time, Heritage Harbour is under the 10% cap on rentals, and one rental per owner is permitted, with exceptions as outlined in the Covenants. The Lodge office keeps a record of rental properties.
