These are the Administrative Resolutions that the Board of Directors has adopted with titles of the resolutions and amendments. A copy is in our Library at the Lodge and is included in the resale package given to each new owner in Heritage Harbor. Copies of the adopted Resolutions and amendments are placed in a Book of Resolutions located in the Library at the Lodge, and the recorded copies are filed in the Management Office.
