Water Access

A special amenity is waterfront access for resident use. A walkway leads from the back of the Community Lodge to our waterfront activities area on the South River. There is a pier with ten 30-foot boat slips, with four-foot depth at mean low tide.

Racks are available for storage of kayaks and canoes, and a sandy beach for launching the boats.
