The Management Agent, Legum & Norman, maintains an On-site Management Office in the community Lodge at 959 River Strand Loop.

Office Hours

The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., except holidays.

Office Staff

The local Legum & Norman office staff is made up of the following positions:

Major Office Functions

Some of the major functions of the management office are:

  • Billing and collection of the monthly assessment
  • Billing and collection of dining room and golf charges
  • Contracting for community services
  • Supervising of contractors performing services on community-owned property
  • Investigating complaints and covenant violations
  • Issuing membership and guest cards
  • Issuing tennis court and RV Lot keys
  • Processing Architectural and Environmental Review Committee (AERC) applications
  • Conducting property maintenance inspections.
