Work on Lodge Parking Lots - The asphalt roadways and parking areas at the Lodge will be seal coated in two phases. Phase one will be conducted on Wednesday, September 14. The first phase will encompass the inbound loop of River Strand Loop, the service road and fire lane on the north side of the Lodge, the first two parking lots and the diagonal parking spaces on the right side of the outbound loop of River Strand Loop up to the second parking lot. All vehicles and pedestrian traffic will be required to enter the Lodge parking areas through the outbound loop of River Strand Loop. The traffic pattern will be two-way. On Thursday, September 15, the parking areas and roadway that was seal coated will be striped. The second phase will be conducted on Friday, September 16, to seal coat the asphalt in parking lots 3, 4 and the remainder of the parking spaces on the right side of the outbound loop of River Strand Loop. Again, the traffic pattern will be two way entering and leaving through the inbound loop of River Strand Loop. On Saturday, September 17, the parking spaces will be striped.

Complete Landscaping will begin aeration and over seeding of the common areas on September 25. Please make sure that the common areas around your home are accessible to the contractor's equipment. The process will take longer than a couple of days and will be weather dependent. Any questions or if problems occur, please contact the Lodge office.
