What do I pay monthly?
Answer - For 2012, a monthly assessment of $126 applies to each residence. The assessment is determined annually as part of the Association's budget process.
What does the monthly assessment payment cover?
Answer - See the pie chart on page 3 of the budget notes.

When is trash picked up?
Answer - Trash collection is provided by Anne Arundel County on Tuesday and Friday. Tuesday is recycling day.
Does Heritage Harbour have assisted living?
Answer - No, but the Heritage Harbour Health Group and Caring Network provide services to allow a member to remain in his/her home longer.
Does Heritage Harbour have bus service?
Answer- Heritage Harbour has a 28-passenger bus, which provides locally scheduled service.

How do I get a recycling bin?
Answer - Contact Anne Arundel County Waste Management Services at 410-222-7951 or visit www.recyclemoreoften.com.
How do I rent rooms in the Lodge?
Answer - Members may reserve the use of the Auditorium (entire or half) or Garden Room for wedding receptions, anniversaries, etc., in honor of a family member. A rental fee and room reservation are required, in addition to a one-day liquor license fee if alcohol is consumed. See Policy Resolution 7, Rules and Regulations - "House Rules", Community Lodge.
May I have a pet?
Answer - Yes, pets are allowed but must be leashed when outside of the residence according to Anne Arundel County law. In addition, they must not become a nuisance to neighbors. See Policy Resolution 7, Rules and Regulations - "House Rules", Section III.B.4.

Where is the closest post office??
Answer - There are three post offices approximately five miles from Heritage Harbour. The Annapolis Post Office at 210 Legion Avenue, the Crownsville Post Office at 1333 Generals Highway, and the Riva Post Office at 3123 Riva Road.

What are resale documents and how do I get them??
Answer - The Association offers for sale Resale Disclosure packages available at the Lodge Office for $100. Pursuant to the provisions of the Maryland Homeowner’s Association Act, Article 11B-106, a seller of a home in the community is required to furnish the buyer certain disclosures pertaining to the homeowner’s association. A Resale Request Form must be completed and returned to the office along with a $100 check (no cash or credit card payments will be accepted. These packages will be completed for the property and available for pick up at the Lodge Office within 10 days.
Do you have docking for boats?
Answer - Yes, docking is available. Use of the pier on the South River is limited to pleasure boats with a beam of less than nine feet. There is also space along the waterfront for storage of small boats (e.g., canoes, kayaks). See waterfront "House Rules" and boating application forms.
How do I use the RV Storage Lot and what is the fee?
Answer - RV Storage is provided on a “space available” basis at no charge. An application for RV storage space must be submitted.
Is fishing or boating allowed at the lake?
Answer - Fishing is permitted by residents and guests carrying a valid guest card. Boating is allowed but subject to restrictions. See Lake Heritage rules.
Who pushes snow on Heritage Harbour streets?
Answer - Heritage Harbour's snow pushing contractor pushes snow on community-owned streets. See Heritage Harbour Snow Pushing Policy. Anne Arundel County pushes snow on county-owned streets within the community. See county snow pushing information. The condominium areas have their own snow pushing contractor and residents are responsible for privately-owned driveways and sidewalks adjoining their property.
