The 2024 yearly assessment is $1932. This may be broken down to 12 monthly payments of $161 each.

Lodge tours must now be booked through the HHCA office.  Hours available for Realtor tours are 10a to 4p weekdays.  An HHCA staff member will accompany the agent and potential buyers.

Please alert HH buyers:  New resident registrations are now completed by appointment only.  AFTER SETTLEMENT, new residents should contact the HHCA office for instructions to be sent by email.  The appointments only take 10-15 minutes.
