The Board of Directors has adopted Policy and Administrative Resolutions to
establish rules, regulations, policies, and standing procedures. These
Resolutions are a part of the Book of Resolutions established by the Board of
Directors to publish and codify these documents. Upon adoption by the Board,
Resolutions are recorded at the Anne Arundel County Court House and are included
in the resale package furnished to each new owner of a home in Heritage Harbour.
Copies of the adopted Resolutions and amendments are placed in a Book of
Resolutions located in the Library at the Lodge, and the recorded copies are
