The 2012 Budget for the Heritage Harbour Community Association was forwarded to the Association members on November 22, 2011. The budget package contains the following components:
- Operations Budget summary and details
- Replacements Reserve Budget
- Allocation of Monthly Assessment
- Budget Package notes.
The budget was developed by the Management Agent, reviewed by the Board Budget Review Committee and affected Association committees, discussed with interested Association members in open meetings, and approved by the Board of Directors. The Class-A member assessment for 2012 will be $126.00 per month. The Recreational Member assessment will be $67.21 per month.
